This policy explains what personal information Little Desk (“Little Desk”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website, enquire about our products or place an order, and how we use it. Little Desk makes printed newspapers, activity kits and book sets for children, so we take extra care with family information.

• When you send an enquiry: the Bulk Enquiries form collects your name, school or organisation, number of copies, email, needed-by date, the children’s age group and any notes you add. The form does not store this on our website — it prepares a WhatsApp message that you send yourself, so we only receive it when you press send.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp name and phone number, and whatever you write to us.
• To deliver an order: the delivery name, phone number, address, city and pincode that you share with us in the order conversation.
• Payment information: we never ask for your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or bank login on this website, and we do not store them. Payment is arranged in the order conversation, using the payment method we confirm with you.
• Children’s information: our products are bought by parents, guardians and schools. We do not ask for children’s names, photos or any personal details — only an age group, so we can recommend the right product.

Information collected automatically

Our website has no accounts or logins and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts and images are served from our own website rather than from a third-party font service. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. When you follow our LinkedIn or Instagram links, or open WhatsApp, those services’ own privacy policies apply.

How we use your information

We share the minimum information needed with:

• Courier and delivery partners — your name, phone number and delivery address, so your order can reach you.
• Our payment provider — only if you pay online, to process the payment.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — which carries the messages you and we exchange.

We keep your information for as long as your order or subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
